Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package as per the E2 Grade. During the one-year probation period, Executive Trainees will be paid a basic salary of ?60,000 per month. After successfully completing the probation, they will be placed in the E-2 grade pay scale, with a salary ranging from ?60,000 to ?1,80,000 per month.
